Construction of an extension to the west of the existing Gravity Bar of the Guinness Storehouse to comprise of a new bar area and circulation space. The provision of a 4 storey (Hub) building to the west of the Storehouse to provide staff facilities, storage facilities ancillary to the Storehouse including archive space, retail storage, cold room and general storage. The Hub building will be linked to the Storehouse via 3 floors of glazed link.
