The proposals consists of demolition and strip out of the existing internal partitions and ceilings currently forming the office space, with the scope of creating a new modern and functional workplace layout with a total floor area of 547 square meters. The new layout will feature two open-plan desk areas, providing space for up to 49 desks, along with a dedicated management team area accommodating four desks. To support collaborative and focused work, the design includes four meeting rooms, a boardroom, four focus rooms, and a call room. These spaces will be constructed with enhanced acoustic performance, ensuring a balance between open-plan comfort and the privacy needed in enclosed rooms. A new kitchen area, designed to seat approximately 25 people, will serve as a communal space for team members. The office will rely on the existing sanitary facilities available within the building, maintaining efficiency while optimizing the available resources. The retrofit works will also provide the office with a new mechanical and electrical system; a new light safety layout will be also part of the electrical works.
