The project involves the removal of the existing 7.6 sqm single storey leanto kitchen to the rear and the construction of a 53sqm kitchen/dining/living room, playroom and utility to ground floor, and the construction of a 10.3 sqm first floor extension, internal alterations and associated siteworks. Note that it is proposed to remove the floor and subfloor in the existing kitchen and dining room and to 250mm hardcore, radon sump,install radon barrier , insulationand floor finish.
