The development will consist of a) modifications to the existing dwelling (comprising the replacement of the existing roof, alterations to existing window and door opes and internal alterations), b) construction of a new extension at ground and dormer level, c) construction of new boundary walls and replacement of entrance gates to the site, d) demolition of existing shed and construction of a new garden shed to the rear of the site, e) connection to public sewer, and f) all associated landscaping and ancillary development works
