The alterations relate to the reconfigured Unit 36 only and comprise (i) internal alterations to facilitate restaurant fit-out consisting of the construction of a mezzanine level (92 sq.m) to provide for customer toilets, staff facilities and plant room; (iii) new shop front to comprise dark timber cladding and metal framed glazing; (iv) fascia level signage (2.07 sq.m) fitted with LED lights; (v) and all associated works to facilitate the development at Unit 36 Whitewater Shopping Centre Newbridge Co. Kildare- Nandos Chickenland (Ireland) Ltd.
