the demolition of the existing habitable dwelling house b) the construction of a new replacement detached single storey dwelling house c) closure of the existing main vehicular entrance and the opening up of new entrance to public road and demolition of boundary wall and construction of new boundary wall set back 3 metres from the public road (as requested by Meath County Council in previous planning application reg. ref: 21/988) e) an on-site wastewater treatment system and f) all associated site works at this site
