(a) Planning permission for erection of storey and a half type extension to the rear (west elevation) and to the side (south elevation) of existing storey and a half house, (b) Planning permission for new timber windows to the front (east elevation) and natural slates to the existing storey and a half type house,(c) minor internal alterations, (d) erection of garage/ fuel store for domestic use and (e) the installation of a proprietary wastewater treatment system and percolation area and all associated site development works.
