This Commencement Notice relates to Zone 7, 8 & 9 within Phase 1B of the overall Multi-Phase Residential Development on Oscar Traynor Road. There are 35 residential units (All dwellings) in these zones out of a total of 200 Residential Units in Phase 1B and 853 Residential Units across all phases within the development. There are 4 no. semi-detached units (BS03 & BS05), 1 no. detached unit (BD02) and 30 no. terraced dwellings. The dwellings range from 2 storeys to 3 storeys and consist of 2-bed, 3-bed & 4-bed. The end terraced dwellings in some units have a different no. of bedrooms compared to the mid-terraced dwellings. Therefore, they have been separated into distinct buildings for the purpose of this Commencement Notice.
