The development includes refurbishment to the exiting shared central courtyard space. All apartment units to have new private balconies or terraces, locate on south, east and west building elevations. The development will include modifications to exiting facades with existing openings resized, partial recladding, additional balconies added and an overall reduction of window area. The existing ground floor retail unit will remain unchanged.
