It is proposed to construct a new three-storey medical devices facility in Damastown, Dublin 15. The building will contain two clean rooms, a single storey warehouse area, a three storey office space and external plant areas. The building will have a low occupancy consisting of technicians maintaining and supervising equipment. Each clean room, the single storey warehouse and the office areas will be contained within separate compartments.
