Commencement Notice

Enabling works for a fit-out development of two former nursing home buildings involving strip-out of fixtures, fittings, dry-lined walls, internal doors, suspended ceilings, flooring and other associated works. Also included are some internal opening up works and non-structural wall removals. The strip out works are not subject to the requirements of a fire cert. All required statutory applications will be sought in the near future for the main fit-out works.
