Commencement Notice

This Commencement Notice relates to Zone 16, 17 & 18 within Phase 1B of the overall Multi-Phase Residential Development on Oscar Traynor Road. There are 57 residential units (All duplexes) in these zones out of a total of 200 Residential Units in Phase 1B and 853 Residential Units across all phases within the development. There are 3 no. duplex blocks (BZ07, BZ10 & BZ08). These blocks were all referenced as BZ07 when the corresponding Fire Safety Certificate was lodged/granted. Each block consists of 19 no. residential units which are made up of 1-bed, 2-bed & 3-bed units
