Permission for retention of an existing single storey extension (comprising a store and cold room), solar roof panels and external canopy over outside seating area and permission for a single storey rear extension (comprising a store, cold room and freezer),minor elevational changes and the internal reconfiguration of the existing service station building including the change of use of the car showrooms area to retail use. The internal reconfiguration and change of use will result in an increase in the net retail area from 162 square metres to 286 square metres.
