Commencement Notice

The development at a site of approximately 0.39 hectares bounded by, to the West/North by existing houses on the Trim Road, and to the South/East by playing fields, will consist of the construction of 4 number, 4 bedroomed, storey and a half style houses with a new vehicular and pedestrian access road from the Trim Road and all associated landscaping, boundary treatments and ancillary development works on a site .
