Commencement Notice

Works to ground floor consisting of: 1) Internal alterations and refurbishment of rear common room and laundry room. 2) Install new Meeting Room within front common room. 3) Upgrade of staff tea station and office (60 minute walls). Opening between front office and access corridor enlarged and provided with a new fire-curtain. 4) Infill at first floor level within double height void in rear common room.
