This application relates to Internal Works excluding items requiring Planning Approval only. These refurbishment and minor alterations to an existing dwelling,comprise of: re-configuration of internal spaces to create ensuite master bedroom, upgrading floors, heating and electrical installations. Secondary application to follow in early 2017 for widening of 2no. windows to front elevation, the conversion of flat roof to pitched roof on an existing rear return & new external doors to kitchen - subject to Planning Approval (PD/16/436).
