The proposed development consists of the construction of one new house on two levels (ground floor level over basement level). Accommodation includes garage, entrance, living/kitchen/dining space, hobby spaces, toilet and utility room on the ground floor and four bedrooms with ancillary accommodation, recreation rooms, laundry and storage at basement level. External materials include fair-faced concrete, steel, timber, brick and aluminium glazing. A number of outhouses and green houses are proposed to external spaces as well as vegetable gardens. All external spaces are to be landscaped and extensively planted with native species and mature trees on site are to be retained.
