The development will consist of alternative house design to that previously granted (Ref no. 12/555 & 06/2885) to a new 371.6m2 two storey detached dwelling with a 44.1m2 garage basement, and all associated site works. Carton House, associated outhouses stables, gardens and yards are protected structures. No works are proposed which directly affect these protected structures.
