The material alterations and extension which fall with the scope of the application are follows: • 9.7m2 extension to northwest corner for staff toilets to the crew room, • the installation of a new high-level window along the western elevation of the building, • the removal of the existing wall in the external bin storage area/corral to facilitate an increase in area by 10sq.m and the provision of close boarded timber fencing, • the rearrangement of the external seating area, • Relocation of service counter area to kitchen and part reconfiguration of the internal walls to the kitchen. Note, provision of associated alterations to the furniture and fittings which are outside the scope of this application.
