Permission for development consisting of demolition of a shed and single storey side extension to no. 135 Stillorgan Wood and the construction of a two storey, semi-detached, infill dwelling (gfa 113.6 sqm) with all associated site works, including boundary treatment, off-street parking and new vehicular access from the sought. The existing vehicular access from the west side will be removed and replaced with a low lying wall. It is also proposed to construct a porch to the west side of no. 135 Stillorgan Wood at the front entrance, along with a new vehicular access arrangement from the south with all associated site works.
