Proposed material alterations to an existing block of flats located at 19 Lady Lane, Waterford. Extent of material alterations are limited to: Alterations to internal layouts of certain flats as identified on the application drawings; Creation of protected lobbies/corridors within each flat to improve protection to existing single stair; Upgrade fire resistance of floor construction to provide required fire resistance; Upgrade fire resistance of stair enclosure to provide required fire resistance; Installation of automatic opening vent (AOV) at the head of the stairs.
