The development relates (a) to demolish existing extension at rear of terrace house and to renovate existing dwelling internally; (b) to construct a new extension at ground and first floor level at rear of dwelling; (c) to demolish section of existing front boundary wall to provide new vehicular entrance and to provide two car parking spaces at front of dwelling, and, (d) to include all associated site development works and services.
