The construction of an extension at ground floor level to the rear and side of the existing house, and the construction of a dormer structure to the west and south of the existing roof which were granted planning permission under Ref WEB1237/20 and additional amendments made to the planning permission under Ref WEB1367/24 which include a reduction in area to the previously granted extension at ground floor level to the rear and side of the existing house, an alteration in height and profile to the previously granted dormer structure to the west side of the existing roof to the house at attic level, the addition of a velux rooflight to the rear pitch of the existing house.
