The development includes: Removal of existing non original two storey return forming the boundary with 65 Dartmouth Square (35sqm) and removal of existing single storey conservatory (14sqm). Both structures are to the rear. Construction of a new single and two storey extension to the rear (39sqm) with a shared party wall to 65 Dartmouth Square. Widened opes/doors are proposed to link these elements to the main dwelling.
