PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of minor refurbishment and repair works to the house including: (a) repair and/or replace roof slates (b) redecoration of interiors (c) minor works to upgrade electrical and telecom services (d) replacement of sanitary wear in existing bathrooms (e) removal of 20th century partition walls at basement level (f) repainting of windows, cills, doors and surrounds on the front and rear facades, (g) isolated repairs, and re-pointing of brickwork to the upper part of the front (Merrion Square) facade and the bay on the south facade at hall floor level.
