(i) The construction of a new two storey extension to the side and rear of the existing house. (ii) The construction of a single storey extension at the rear of the property. (b) General alterations and refurbishments of the existing house associated with the extension. (c) Minor alterations to the front elevation. (d) Alterations to existing front garden, consisting of the widening of existing entrance to allow for vehicular access, the provision of off-street parking, alterations of footpath to allow for vehicular access and associated auxiliary works. (e) The works will include associated site works, drainage and landscaping.
