1. Replacement of existing ground floor extension to the rear of the house with new flat roof stepped extension to rear and side of house. 2. Addition of a roof window to front slope and obscured window to gable. 3. Widening of car entrance. 4. All associated internal alteration, drainage and site works to be implemented.
