renovation and refurbishment works to the existing two-storey dormer farmhouse to include thermal envelope upgrades, the removal of three 1980s dormer windows to the front pitch of the house, alterations and extension to a detached but associated agricultural building to provide ancillary habitable accommodation to the main farmhouse, site works will include the decommissioning of an existing septic tank and installation of a proposed new wastewater treatment system.
