The development will consist of the demolition of the roof and rear bay window of the existing single storey house and the construction of a new roof structure with an integrated shed and covered parking area to the side, alterations to the front elevation, a new single storey side and rear extension and linking structure, and interior and exterior alterations and associated hard and soft landscaping.
