The proposed (i) the change of use and undertaking of works at an ancillary storage area (existing trolley bay) at first floor level to provide a new retail/retail services unit (unit no. 30 c. 98 sq.m); (ii) the subdivision and change of use of part of the existing Tesco supermarket unit at first floor level to provide a new retail/retail services unit (unit no. 29 c. 151 sq.m) to the existing site at Clarehall Shopping Centre.
