carry out alterations and extensions to the front, rear and eastern side of nursing home, including extending into existing out-buildings to incorporate seven additional en-suites to serve existing bedrooms and provision of ancillary rooms including office, laundry and equipment store, along with extension of site area to rear and provision of additonal parking area.
