Mr Russ Bailey, on behalf of The Parish of St Andrews Church, Dunmore East, Co Waterford (A protected structure) apply for planning permission to demolish the existing return (Area:14.5sq m) and the construction of an enlarged single storey extension with converted attic (Area: 47.6sq m) to match the ridge height, shape and form of the existing south transept. This shall consist of entrance lobby, barrier free toilet, new kitchen, utility room and stairs to a general purpose room above. The transept roof covering will be renewed and insulated. All with the associated development works.
