Construction of a new 16 classroom primary school with associated ancillary site development and landscaping works. The proposed building is four and five storeys to the front along Dominick Street Lower and two storeys along Dominick Place and Granby Place; it includes 72 cycles spaces, a new outdoor playground at ground floor level, as well as rooftop play spaces
