Removal of one interior wall in the aerobic room for columns. A dog leg stairs in central gym area rather than a spiral staircase. A curved stairs rather than a dog leg stairs in the entrance foyer. Minor variations to internal partitions in the reception area. Planning permission is sought for Architectural Reinstatement of double glazed hardwood window in original circular opening at West and East Side Elevation. Removal of 20th Century tiles to front porch to allow for new Victorian encaustic glazed tiles. Removal of existing sign to allow for new copper sign with small light to front elevation. Fire stopping in compliance with Technical Guidance Document B. The fire alarm to be designed, installed and commissioned to L1 classification and in compliance with IS 3218:2009.A new 1 m2 new Automatic Openable Vent in compliance with Technical Guidance Document B to be installed in each protected stairwell (there are two) to comply with Technical Guidance Document B for smoke ventilation. Modification of stairwell No 2 to increase clear width to 900mm .Widening of final exit door to side of front porch. Compliance with Disability Access certificate Alteration of timber floor to reception to allow access to lift from ramp Alterations to partitions outside lift lobby on basement floor to comply with part MNew bathroom in male and female changing room to comply with Part M Compliance with EC Ozone Regulation (EC/2037/2000) The upgrading of ozone depleting air conditioning units where required to comply with EC Ozone Regulation (EC/2037/2000)
