The development will consist of the following (a) the demolition of an existing single storey dwelling house together with the decommissioning of an existing septic tank & percolation area (b) the construction of a replacement two storey dwelling house, domestic garage and the installation of a new sewerage treatment unit and percolation area (c) revised site boundaries (d) along with connections to all site services and all other associated site works
