Remaining Works: (with the exception of foundations, rising walls, sub floors and sections of blockwork) - The development will consist of refurbishment of existing derelict dwelling to include; 1) renovation of existing derelict dwelling to include first floor extension with dormer windows to the rear and 2no. velux roof lights, 2) external insulation to the existing dwelling, 3) erection of 126sqm single storey extension to the front of the existing dwelling, 4) new waste water treatment system, and all associated site works.
