The proposed development at Glencarrig, Hazelhatch Road, is a five storey residential building. This structure will feature a total of 51 apartment units, distributed from the ground to the fourth floor, consisting of 24 one-bedroom (1-bed) units and 27 two-bedroom (2-bed) units. Additionally, the building will include a bin store located on the ground floor at Block B at Glencarrig House, Celbridge, Co. Kildare.
