Mentec Bridge Extension Alteration

(i) Increasing bridge width at the southern entrance from 2m to 4m and relocating the existing handrail to facilitate this; (ii) omission of existing steps towards the northern entrance and replacement with guarded planting and provision of new steps with lower landing area;
