Demolition of a single storey rear extension, front porch and chimney and the construction of 1) a single storey rear extension, 2) a first floor side extension, 3) a new front door rain shelter, 4) a new replacement flat roof at a higher level to that of the existing (to the side), 5) widening of an existing vehicle entrance (3m), 6) minor elevational changes and all associated works.
