McHugh - House Extension

The raising and reconstruction of the existing, roof structure to facilitate the creation of a new, 85m2, first floor extension to include 3 no. bedrooms, games room and the installation of solar panels to the south elevation. Permission is also sought to renovate the existing, ground floor layout which will include the introduction of 2 no. rooflights, 5 no. new windows, minor alterations to 3 no. windows and all associated ancillary site works. The development also seeks to demolish an existing, 5m2, single storey, front porch to be replaced with a double height, entrance lobby of identical floor area. External, sandstone cladding will be introduced in parts throughout.
